Day 02 – Jaipur to Agra (237 kms)
After a typical breakfast make an 11 km dash to Amer Fort, surrounded by wooded hills and overlooking the Delhi – Jaipur highway. Originally built by Raja Man Singh and later modified by Sawai Jai Singh, this fort was the ancient capital of the Kachhawah rulers and stands tall today as the finest examples of Rajput architecture. Look around the Diwan-i-Aam (Hall of Public Audience) and Diwan-i-Khaas (Hall of Private Audience) within the Amer Fort. The naturally air-conditioned Sukh Niwas is another work of art that will catch your fancy, especially the Queens’ private chambers that have latticed window screens for privacy. Do catch a glimpse of the Jai Mandir (Temple of Victory) and Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Mirrors) before you drive to Agra enroute Fatehpur Sikri
FATEHPUR SIKRI – Roughly 39 km from Agra, this red sandstone city was built in 1564 by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in honour of the Muslim saint Sheikh Salim Chisthi. Though Sikri was intended to be the capital city, Akbar later abandoned it after 14 years. The marble tomb of Sheikh Salim Chisthi, Diwan-i-Aam, Diwan-i-Khas, Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, Jodha Bai’s Palace and Birbal Bhavan will leave you wanting for more.

Day 03 – Agra to Delhi (204 kms)

Day 04 – Agra to Delhi (204 kms)

QUTUB MINAR & BIRLA MANDIR - Be awestruck by the highest stone tower and finest Islamic structures ever built, the one and only Qutub Minar. Raised by Qutubuddin in 1199, this victory tower is a recognized landmark in Delhi. It is also worthwhile to visit the Birla Mandir otherwise known as Lakshmi Narayan Temple
